It has been very hard this week, regaining motivation for the Carnival after the dreadful events at Shoreham Airport this weekend. However and after much deliberation we have decided the Carnival is going ahead. We have a minutes silence planned for Saturday in Beach House Grounds at 1.30pm, to which all are invited. Part of the Rotary collection is expected to go to the Shoreham Airport families fund. We believe it appropriate to proceed with Carnival and hope our community will come together, respectfully mark, and support each other at this traumatic time. We have invited CRUSE to have a stand over the weekend to outreach to anyone affected by what has happened.
